Who we are

Liaison Outbound books business meetings for IT service firms. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what your rights are.

Information we collect

• Business contact details: name, job title, company, business phone and email, obtained from public sources (company websites, business directories) or provided by you.
• Call notes: a summary of our conversations and, with notice at the start of the call, a recording of the call.
• Bookings and payments: information you enter to book a meeting or pay for our services. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card numbers.

Why we use it

To contact you about your business, book meetings, provide our services to our clients, invoice, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information.

Sharing with third parties

When you agree to a meeting with one of our clients, we share your business contact details and the call summary with that client. We also use service providers (calendar, email, payments, hosting) that may store data outside Quebec.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then destroy or anonymize it. Numbers on our internal do-not-call list are kept so we can honour your request.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and ask us to stop calling you. Write to us: we respond within 30 days.
